Signal Iduna Insurance

The online Signal Iduna Insurance employee campaign is a good example of how ideas grow and spread into other channels.

 

I started out creating visuals for Signal Induna’s online job portal, presenting the company as an attractive employer by showing the company's real satisfied employees as testimonials. The campaign consisted of 15 visuals with 20 taglines emphasizing each picture’s mood, and quickly expanded from online to offline marketing material.

 

In addition to recruiting new talent, Signal Iduna decided to set up a 3D-in-house campaign to encourage current employees to strive to reach higher positions within the company. The concepts Career sprint, Climb the ladder, and Cut down obstacles were boldly placed in all meeting areas.
