Europcar car rental

For rental car company Europcar I was involved in concepting and executing a 2-minute image spot for their 90th anniversary, showing how car rental has changed over the years. As historical footage was scarce, we used the multiplane process – animating various parts of a picture in order to give the spot a sense of depth. The spinning wheel acts as a focal point and carries the viewer through the timeline. 

With that being said, I had to isolate 5-15 parts of each sequences’ picture and coordinate closely with an animation artist.
